West Sound Data Solutions is a Veteran Owned Small Business. We Specialize in providing Products and Services to the Government Sector as well as local Small Businesses. Our personnel have many years of experience in this area and look forward to serving you.
IT Sales and Service
In the area of sales we can provide a complete line of IT products.
We are authorized resellers of the following companies: 3Com, Acer, Cisco
Systems, Compaq, Equus Computers, HP, LinkSys, Netgear, Palm, Primera
Technologies and Xerox to name a few. Along with complete systems and
peripherals we have access to a complete line of computer parts and cables
for all applications, computer, networking, POS, and warehouse management.
We also sell remanufactured and compatible inkjet and LaserJet toner
cartridges. A complete line card of the products we can provide is at the
end of this section.
All of our technicians are CompTia A+ certified or have comparable
experience. Our Networking specialists are all trained by Cisco Systems
and have at least completed the Cisco Networking Academy CCNA program.
We have personnel trained in database management for both Oracle and SQL.
In addition to this we have experienced programmers in Visual Basic, C,
HTML, JAVA, and the various web scripting languages so that we can provide
custom applications design for our customers.
General Services
The WSDS Services Department is a direct response to broad changes in
the regional, national and global business landscape. Today more and more
businesses have moved beyond the basic outsourcing of non core services and
seek to maximize value through single-sourcing individual services on a
regional or national scale; or bundling various services with a single
provider to maximize efficiencies and streamline communications and data
flow. Others are moving beyond this to “service management” or “facilities
services” agreements where all related services are managed as a single
package. There are many options, and WSDS offers a myriad of solutions.
The WSDS Services personnel are all experienced in the facilities services
industry. Each combines management, operations, and sales experience with
knowledge about all of the WSDS operating companies and their services.
They are trained to listen and help potential or existing customers make
informed decisions about the type of service program that will most suit
their needs. They are also trained in the development of more complex
service proposals, whether single or multiple service, regional or national.
